Ramlow also welcomed
the festival to the Fifth
Street locations, which
are located in line with the
Cronin Brothers VFW. The
VFW was also participating
in the festival by hosting
an indoor-outdoor vendor
market across the road
from the historic courthouse
site.
One of the original organizers of the festival, Darius Knauer, was asked to join Wilhite in the
snip of the ribbon.
