hursday afternoon was Kid’s Day
at Logan County Fair. The children
varied in ages and had lots of fun
things to make and games to play. There
was face painting, an opportunity to make a
piece of “stained glass” picture painting and
a rousing game of who was the best with
the Hula Hoops. Even the Fair Queen and
Little Miss stopped in and interacted with the
children.
Collins Roofing
was the sponsor
and the manpower for this kid friendly event.
Popcorn and bottled water was offered for the
young and old alike.
The event was sponsored by Collins Roofing
from the Atlanta area. The Collins family not
only sponsored the event, but provided the
adult leadership for the day. Collins owners,
Josh and Ashley, along with Ashley’s cousin
and the Collins Sales Representative, Cody
Aughton, led kids through art activities as
well as fun games. Their daughter Julia was
also helping out making sure everyone had
bags of popcorn from the popcorn machine.
Miss Logan County Fair and Little Miss
Logan County, Michelle Paulus and Paisley
Baker, were also in attendance.
