Tents were set up with the A.B.A.T.E., the
Lincoln Heritage Foundation, and the Illinois
Scenic Byway, each having displays set up.
Bill Kelly of the Byway was on hand visiting
with folks, and Representative Tim Butler
stopped in to pay a visit and signed the special
Route 66 car hood, that will be displayed at
the Mill Route 66 Museum when it opens early
next year.
At the show, each bike was eligible to enter the
people’s choice judging. Numbered cans were
set at the front wheel of each motorcycle, and
guests were asked to put their votes for their
favorite bike in the corresponding can.
