Miss Karson Mott stands still as 2011
Logan County Fair Queen Kelsi Ubbenga
rests the crown on her head for the very
first time.
As a Little Miss, Karson will serve the
people of Logan County throughout
the year by making public appearances
representing them.
Karson is the 7-year-old daughter of Ryan
and Deanne Mott of Mount Pulaski.
