Tuesday evening marked the end of the one-year reign
of 2011 Logan County Fair Queen Kelsi Ubbenga.
In the final hours of her duties, she addressed the
audience about her year as their queen, assisted the
Little Miss contestants as they presented themselves
to the judges and audience, participated in an
entertainment piece with the 2012 queen contestants,
and had the great pleasure of crowning new Miss Logan
County Dani Juilfs and Little Miss Logan County
Karson Mott.
