One of our most popular

fitness programs that we offer

is our Fit for Senior and Fit 4

Life classes. These classes are

tailored mainly for the baby

boomer generation and over.

The focus of these classes is

on low impact cardiovascular

exercises, strength, flexibility,

balance and mobility. This

class has grown through the

years to over 50 participants.

Group Spinning classes are

also very popular. These

indoor cycling classes focus

on endurance, strength,

intervals, and high intensity

using a stationary bike with

a weighted flywheel. They

are set to energizing music

with a motivating instructor

pushing you through all types

of terrain. This is an awesome,

low impact, cardiovascular

workout.

In the Fit for Seniors class many participants

are retired and there’s even a few over 80

who enjoy getting moving and stretched out.

Before and after class participants enjoy

camaraderie and encouragement to stay fit.
