4-H & Jr. Rabbits
Most folks have heard that saying
about rabbits, “If you have one, you’ll
have a dozen.” For a half-dozen Logan
County youth that common belief
rang true at the 4-H and Junior Rabbit
show on Tuesday morning at the Logan
County Fair.
While the number of participants may
have been slightly down this year, the
quality of the animals was at an all-time
high.
Judge Jerry Hicks spent several minutes
in each category, determining the best,
and in many if not all cases it was a
very tight race.
In the end, the grand champion ribbon
and trophy went to Will Stambaugh
with his adorable floppy eared rabbit.
