This year Betty Moser
returned
to the Logan County Fairgrounds to
serve as judge of the Floriculture and
Horticulture classes.
Moser has become a beloved mainstay
in Logan County. The author of her own
gardening book, she is knowledgeable
and also kind and generous in shar-
ing her knowledge with the kids as she
judges them.
Each exhibitor got one-on-one time with
Mosier as she examined the entries and
discussed their attributes.
