While the rabbits were showing on the east
end of the barn Tuesday morning, the 4-H and
Jr. Poultry show was going on at the west side.
This year Jordon Ginter had the grand
champion chicken.
The Maxine Maxheimer Memorial trophy
from her children, grandchildren and great-
grandchildren was awarded to Ginter by
Maxheimer descendants.
Included in the photo with Ginter are Maxine
Maxheimer's children, Dale Maxheimer
and Teresa Strampp; her grandson, Tanner
Strampp; and her great-granddaughter, Amy
Schumm. Also included in the picture is the
2011 fair queen, Kelsi Ubbenga.
