Beginning November 30, 2016 we will be having a

Bible Study with the Pastor.

Our first one is for 5 weeks (through December)

and is on Advent & Christmas

Please join us at 6pm at the Hartsburg church

each Wednesday evening!!!

FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH

303 E. Jefferson, Mt. Pulaski

announces its plans for the Advent Season.

The theme during Advent will be “Come Home For

Christmas” with special events each Sunday.

Services are at 11:00 am.

Third Sunday in Advent-December11th:

“Bring Your

Grandchildren” as we “Walk to the Manger”. This will be

our presentation of gifts for needy children. All children

will receive a small gift!

Fourth Sunday in Advent-December 18th:

“Wear Your

Ugly Christmas Sweater/Tie”. Join us for the fun, yet

prepare for the Birth of the Newborn King.

Christmas Eve Service with candlelight and special

music. This is a meditative, moving service as we wait

for the Birth of Jesus.

Sunday, Christmas Day-December 25th:

Holy

Communion Service at 11:00am. “Come Home for

Christmas” to celebrate the Birth of our Newborn King.

Bring your family and visitors.
