Pursuant to Chapter 35, ILCS 516/55-195, as amended, the
following list is published of Mobile Home assessments in the
State of Illinois, County of Logan, on which the taxes assessed
and payable in 2025 and former years now remain due and unpaid.
The amounts set forth below are for Mobile Home taxes only.
Interest and costs thereon up to date of Sale will be added.
Public notice is hereby given, in accordance with the
sections of the Illinois Revenue Act of 1939, as amended,
requiring such, that the undersigned Penny M. Thomas, County
Treasurer and Ex-Officio County Collector in the County of Logan
in the State of Illinois at Lincoln will apply to the Circuit
Court Wednesday, the 29 th day of October 2025 for
Judgment against the Mobile Home Assessments, set forth below,
for the taxes for the year 2025 and former years, together with
interest and costs due thereon, and for an Order to sell the
Mobile Homes for the satisfaction thereof to wit: Thursday,
October 30 th , 2025 at the hour of one thirty pm at the office
of the County Treasurer in the County Court House in Lincoln,
Illinois.
Names listed below are as they appear on the records of the
County Collector as of the 9 th of October 2025. Mistakes do
sometimes occur and if your name incorrectly appears below as
delinquent, please call our office at 217-732-3761.
