Simple Sweet and Sour Chicken
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green pepper, cut in chunks
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (10 oz.) jar La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce
Cooked white rice
In a large non stick deep skillet, cook chicken in olive oil
until no longer pick (does not need to be browned) The last
couple minutes of cooking add green pepper chunks. Stir in
pineapple and Sweet and Sour Sauce. Simmer until thoroughly
cooked and mixture is bubbly. Serve over hot cooked rice.
