Sour Cream Cucumbers

3 medium cucumbers, sliced very thin
salt
¼ pint sour cream
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
½ small onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Place cucumbers and salt in a bowl. Cover with a small plate and
weigh it down. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Pour
off all juice and may have to squeeze some out with your hand.
Add all other ingredients; stir well. Return to refrigerator and
chill until ready to serve.
