Creamy Veggie Salad

“A refreshing salad on a hot summer day.”
Dressing:
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 to 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups fresh broccoli, cut in pieces
4 cups fresh cauliflower, cut in pieces
1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas, thawed
5 green onions, sliced
In bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add broccoli,
cauliflower, peas and onions; stir to coat vegetables. Cover
dish and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
