Grilled Corn on the Cob
“Grill the corn while grilling your meat outdoors.”
8 medium ears sweet corn
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt (or garlic salt)
In a small bowl, combine the butter, parsley and salt. Spread
butter mixture over corn. Wrap corn well in foil. Grill corn
over medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until tender, turning
occasionally.
Note: Can make a combination of butter and olive oil too. |
