Chicken Salad

“Nice refreshing summer recipe.”
1 cup coconut
1 cup drained pineapple chunks
1 cup diced celery
1 cup white raisins
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
3 cups of cooked cubed chicken
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder mixed with mayo
2 bananas, sliced
The day before, mix everything together except for bananas.
Chill. Right before serving fold in sliced bananas.
