Nancy’s Mac n Cheese Salad

“This is one of my favorites. My mother made it often in the
spring and summer months. Great on picnics too! “
1 box Kraft Triple cheese macaroni & cheese
1 cup chopped dill pickles
1 cup chopped tomato
6-8 slices bacon cooked, drained and crumbled
˝ to 1 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Make macaroni and cheese as recommended on the box. In the
meantime, chop up pickle, tomato and bacon. When macaroni is
made, dump in the pickle, tomato and bacon. Season with salt and
pepper. Stir in the mayonnaise and chill until cold. May need to
add more mayonnaise as the salad cools. This recipe is easy to
double or triple if needed
