Marinated Grilled Pork
Steaks

“I grill out all the time and found using pork steak to be
something different than your normal grilled steaks or chops.”
2 1/2-pound pork steaks, cut 1-inch thick
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Combine all ingredients in a zip-lock plastic bag; seal bag and
place in refrigerator between 4 to 24 hours. Remove steaks from
marinade, discarding marinade. Grill over medium-hot coals,
about 7 minutes per side, turning once. Serve hot off the grill
with rice and fresh vegetables.
