Floret Salad

Dressing:
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 teaspoons dill weed
salt to taste
Dash hot sauce
Add:
6 cups fresh broccoli florets
6 cups fresh cauliflower, separated in pieces
1 small red onion, halved and sliced thin
In large bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Add vegetables;
toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate.
Food Editor’s note: I’ve seen this recipe with bacon bits and
sunflower kernels added too.
