Italian Pasta Salad

“An old stand by for summer holiday gatherings.”
1 (12 oz.) rainbow rotini pasta
1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
1 (4. 25 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
1 (8 oz.) block mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 (16 oz.) bottle Kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing
Cook rotini according to directions, about 8 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Drain rotini; rinse with very cold water for about
3 minutes. While pasta is cooking, combine all other ingredients
in bowl. Add cooked pasta; chill.
