Rhubarb Nut Bread

Batter:
1 ½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 ½ cups flour
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 ½ cups chopped rhubarb


Topping:
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 tablespoon butter

Mix together all batter ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of batter in each pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
