Grilled Ham Steaks with
Glaze

1 pound boneless fully cooked ham
¼ cup apricot or peach jam
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
Mix together jam, mustard and vinegar in small bowl. Cut ham
into 4 (1/2 inch thick) slices. Place ham steaks on hot grill;
cook 8-10 minutes or until nicely browned, brushing with sauce
occasionally and turning once. Serve hot. |
