Bean Casserole

“A recipe that even I can make, plus love to eat.”
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (15-16 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, rinsed and drained
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
½ cup ketchup
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
½ teaspoon pepper
In skillet cook ground beef, onion and garlic until meat in
thoroughly browned. Add brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, water
vinegar and pepper; stir to mix well. Pour all ingredients into
a slow cooker. Cook on low for a few hours until bubbly and
ready to serve.
