Warm Apricot Kielbasa

“A new twist on an appetizer in a slow cooker.”
1 pound fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into
1/4-inch slices
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low until
thoroughly heated. Serve with toothpicks.
NOTE: You can change up this recipe with different meats and
different preserves (peach or pineapple might be good)
