Crock Pot Italian Beef

3 pound rump roast
1 package Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 cup water
1 package au jus gravy mix
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
6-8 pepperoncini peppers
Place roast in crock pot. Mix together water, gravy mix,
dressing, and Italian seasoning; pour over roast. Add peppers if
desired. Cover and cook on low about 4-6 hours. Break up roast
and cook 1 hour more. Serve on hard rolls.
