Orange Tapioca Jello (Sugar Free)

“This is a diabetic recipe she made for her dad.”
2 packages (4-serving size) sugar free vanilla pudding (cook &
serve)
1 package (4-serving size) orange flavor sugar free gelatin
1 tablespoon tapioca
3 cups cold water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
In saucepan combine pudding mix, gelatin, tapioca and cold
water. Cook and stir mixture until thickened. Add pineapple and
oranges. Chill to set.
Note: Donna omits the pineapple & adds more oranges
