Italian Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
Fat Free Zesty Italian dressing
4 teaspoon butter
seasoning salt
pepper
garlic
Tear off 4
sheets of aluminum foil and spray
with cooking spray. Place one boneless skinless chicken breast in
the center of each sheet. Sprinkle with
seasoning salt and pepper. Drizzle chicken with
Italian dressing and ¼ of the
chopped onion. Add garlic to taste. Top it with 1 teaspoon butter.
Wrap each chicken packet tightly and place in 9x13 baking sheet;
bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until chicken is done.
Packets can also be cooked on the grill. When chicken is done,
retain juices. Serve over noodles or rice. Alternative...add
baby carrots and cut potatoes to
each packet. Cooking time may be longer.
