Chicken
Paprika (Slow
Cooker)

“This recipe makes a nice sauce
that can be used for the mashed potatoes too.”
6 large boneless chicken breast,
cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 cup flour
2 cups chopped onions
1 green pepper, cut into thin
strips
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon paprika
1 cup
chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes with liquid
1/2 cup sour cream
Dredge chicken in flour. Place
chicken and all ingredients except the sour cream in slow cooker.
Cook on low heat 5-6 hours. Turn on high 30 minutes before serving
and stir in the sour cream. Serve with a side of mashed potatoes.
