Butterscotch Popcorn Snack

“We love this great after school or
weekend snack.”
1 (12 oz.) package butterscotch
chips
1 cup white corn syrup
4 quarts popped popcorn
¾ cup peanut butter
In microwave safe bowl combine
butterscotch chips and corn syrup; heat for 4-5 minutes. Stir to
completely melt chips; add peanut butter and blend until smooth.
Meanwhile place popcorn in large dish. Pour warm mixture over top;
stir to cover popcorn evenly. Pour onto foil covered counter top to
cool. Break into pieces and store in air-tight container.
