Broccoli Salad

3 stalks broccoli
12 strips bacon, fried crisp
½ cup raisins
1 small red onion, sliced fine
1 cup sunflower seed kernels
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
½ cup sugar
Cut broccoli into small pieces; add
crumbed bacon, raisins, onion and kernels. Mix dressing ingredients
until sugar is dissolved. Add to salad and toss. Chill.
