Taco Salad

1 ½ pounds ground beef, browned and
drained
1 package taco seasoning
1 head lettuce, broken in pieces
1 can kidney beans, drained and
rinsed
2 tomatoes, cut in chunks
1 (12 oz.) bag sharp cheddar cheese
½ bag Doritos, hand crushed
1 large bottle French or Catalina
dressing
Brown the ground beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning and cook as directed. Set aside and let cool. In
large bowl add lettuce, beans, tomatoes, cheese and Doritos. Toss
together. Add dressing and ground beef mixture; toss again.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
