Oven French Toast

“Make this the night before and enjoy breakfast the next morning with your family”


Syrup:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons corn syrup
Texas toast
Egg mixture:
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix brown sugar, butter & corn syrup in a small pan & heat over medium heat until sugar is melted, stirring so it doesn't burn. Spray 9 x 13 pan & pour syrup on bottom. Lay slices Texas Toast in syrup. Pour egg mixture over all, making sure to completely cover bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
