Sesame Wings

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sherry
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 pounds chicken wings
Salt to taste
In a blender, combine oil, sherry, soy sauce, lemon juice,
garlic, and sesame seed; process until smooth. Salt wings
lightly; place in a large bowl and cover with marinade;
refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat broiler. Broil wings 5
inches from heat for 7 minutes per side, basting once on each
side with marinade.
