Zucchini Beef Bake

4 zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
olive oil
l pound ground beef
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 (6oz.) can tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350. Arrange zucchini in 13x9 baking dish. In fry pan, cook onion and celery in oil for 5 minutes. Add ground beef, cook until it loses its pink color; drain grease off. Add mushrooms, tomato paste, salt, oregano and pepper; mix well. Spoon mixture over zucchini, top with cheese. Bake to thoroughly heat and melt the cheese on top.
