Spice Muffins

“The muffins I like to serve with my Hamburger Soup.”

2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup corn oil

In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and allspice; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, egg, brown sugar, apple butter, syrup, apple juice and oil; blend well. Stir in dry ingredients until moist, do not over mix. Spoon mixture into paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve war
