Individual Low-fat Pizzas

“I like making these when we are watching our diet.”
8-inch fat-free soft tortilla shell
1-2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1/2 oz. (1 slice) low-fat deli sliced ham or turkey
veggie toppings (onions, green peppers, mushrooms, olives)
1/4 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
For each pizza: On a cookie sheet, place a tortilla; spread
pizza sauce on top. Add ham or turkey and veggie toppings.
Sprinkle with cheese. Place in 350 degree preheated oven for
5-10 minutes until cheese melts and pizza is thoroughly heated.
