 “A healthy snack to start off the New Year.”
 
 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed
 1/2 cup prepared salsa, hot or mild
 2 tablespoons lime juice
 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
 salt & pepper to taste
 
 Combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve with baked chips.
