Pecan Pie

4th place winner in the 2013 Logan County Fair My Favorite Pie
contestFilling:
3 eggs
1 cup dark corn syrup
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/4 cups pecan
To bake:
cover crust edges with foil and bake at
350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 20 to
25 minutes until knife test comes out clean.
Crust:
Mix together
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 cup butter flavored Crisco
1/3 cup Crisco
1 teaspoon sugar
Add
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon vinegar
6 tablespoons water
