Cherry Pie

2nd place winning in the 2013 Logan County Fair My Favorite Pie
contestCrust:
1-3/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
3 tablespoons water
Mix four with salt. Add oil and
combine to crum stage. Add water and mix into dough. Roll
half of the dough between two pieces of was paper, place in pie
pan.
Filling:
1-1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cherry juice
4 cups cherries
Mix sugar and flour together. Add
cherry juice and stir over medium heat until foaming on top.
Add cherries. Stir until mixture thickens.
