          The “Stars” come out for
        
        
          the LCHS Prom March
        
        
          S
        
        
          aturday evening approximately 250 young
        
        
          people participated in this years Lincoln High
        
        
          School prom march.
        
        
          The setting this year was the north side of the
        
        
          Logan County Courthouse.  Broadway Street was
        
        
          closed off and by the time the march began the
        
        
          area was filled with spectators ready to proudly
        
        
          catch a glimpse of their special young person
        
        
          ascending the stair and traversing a star-studded
        
        
          red carpet.
        
        
          The outside area around the courthouse was
        
        
          decorated with beautiful potted plants, ornate
        
        
          stands, and star-themed decorations.
        
        
          The evening began with welcoming comments
        
        
          from Main Street Lincoln Executive Director Bill
        
        
          Hoagland.  Afterward Mayor Keith Snyder made a
        
        
          brief comment, then introduced the emcee for the
        
        
          event, Steve Sauer.
        
        
          It was also noted that this Hollywood-themed
        
        
          event was the 25th prom march to be held for
        
        
          Lincoln High School students.
