E
arlier this year, farmers from all over
Central Illinois gathered at the Knights
of Columbus to see the new header
attachments for combines that have come
out. Two companies in particular provided
demonstrations on various maintenance tasks
and provided a preview of things to come.
Both of these companies are working to help
farmers to increase their crop yields. This
means that combine headers are coming out in
greater sizes than before.
Geringhoff and MacDon were the two
companies that came to show off their new
headers.
