Page 2 Light Up A Life A Publication of Lincoln Memorial Foundation Dec 2025/Jan 2026 Dear Friends, For nearly four decades, Light Up a Life has been one of Lincoln’s most cherished holiday traditions, a moment when our community comes together to honor, remember and celebrate people who have shaped our lives. What began in 1988 as a simple treelighting ceremony has grown into a powerful expression of love, compassion and connection across generations. This year, your generosity continued that legacy in a remarkable way. Because of you, 265 donors honored more than 1,200 loved ones, friends and caregivers, raising more than $28,000 to support the health and well-being of our community. Each light on the tree and each name in this publication represents a story, a memory and a tribute made stronger by your generosity. Your support ensures that the spirit of honoring and remembering directly improves health for others. Through your gifts, the Foundation can invest in healthcare education for local students and colleagues, advance patient care and strengthen vital community health initiatives that reach far beyond our hospital walls. Thank you for continuing this tradition and for giving so generously. Your commitment lights the way for our patients and community, today and for generations to come. With sincere gratitude, Sarah Helm Director, Lincoln Memorial Foundation
