Page 330 Lincoln Daily News 2025 Logan County Fair Jul/Aug 2025 My Favorite Pie Auction brings in over $1600 After the chili cook-off on Saturday, August 2, the annual pie auction was held in the KC Pavilion to raise money for the Logan County Fair Foundation. This year, there were a total of eight entries in the My Favorite Pie competition auctioned off by auctioneer Ty Tucker. The fi rst pie up for bidding was Barb Stinson’s eighth place strawberry rhubarb pie, which was purchased for $70 by Larry Stanfi eld. Stinson’s fi fth place pineapple was purchased for $30 by Kelly Tucker. Next up for bidding was the seventh place apple pie baked by veteran pie maker Carlene Carter, which was purchased for $45 by Nathaniel Gieske.
