2023 LOGAN COUNTY FAIR LINCOLN DAILY NEWS JULY / AUGUST 2022 Page 191 2023 LOGAN COUNTY FAIR Saturday, August 05 Liberty Cunningham age 11, and her sister Rayden Cordell age 8, from Hartsburg/Emden, were dressed like Peter Pan and sang together the song ‘Lost Boy’ by Ruth B. from the movie “Peter Pan.” In the senior class singer Baylee Baker, decked out in a cute sundress, is a recent graduate from Hartsburg/Emden and sang the song ‘We Wouldn’t Be Us’ by Alexandra Kay. After all the entries were performed, the three judges, Calob Pluhm, Lincoln Mayor Tracy Welch, and Audra Turley went into the meeting room to calculate the winners based on a point system of costume, audience appeal, stage presence, and ability with a possibility of 50 total points.
