Balancing school, sports, friends, and family does not come without its troubles but fortunately for me, most of my good friends play basketball. Due to this, some of our best memories are made on the court or on the way to our many games we have played together. I am involved in many different extracurricular activities along with my friends/ teammates which allows us to spend even more time together aside from basketball. My family is extremely close and super competitive. Sports has allowed my family to connect throughout the years and spend a lot of time together because we attend as many games of each other’s as we can. Thankfully, Lincoln Community High School has amazing teachers who I feel truly care about our wellbeing. They are always there to help when I may not be understanding something and it doesn’t matter what class it is, if I am struggling I can ask any one of my teachers for aid and they will assist. Overall, because I am blessed with such great teachers, family members, and friends, balancing everything is very attainable.” Continued --
