Weekly reading of current events in Agriculture trying to introduce the students to all the Ag world has to offer. 7). Learned about livestock evaluation for cattle, sheep, and swine. The students are looking forward to hatching chicks next month and planting a garden in the spring. We would also like to do a petting zoo this spring. The goal is set to have a Middle School FFA Chapter by the 2023-24 school year. Students study the various cuts of lamb. Classes learned about Christmas Trees and made wreaths and centerpieces (Horticulture).
