the Logan County Fair, there is a tradition of once a
year taking a group photo of all the local Veterans,
who are able to attend the opening of the fair. In the
past, this has taken place on the same night as the
queen pageant. This year, with the fair beginning
on Sunday, for the Downstate Classic Harness Racing, the
Veterans were asked instead to come to the races for their
annual photo.
