Tuesday morning
, one of the first
events on the schedule was the kiddie
tractor pull. The event was intended
to be outside on the south end of the
fairgrounds, but when the raindrops
began to fall at about 7:30 a.m., the
event was moved to one of the event
buildings behind the grandstand.
Regardless, a nice group of youngsters
turned out for the event. When they
hopped on the pedal tractor and began
pedaling their way to the end of the
line, the looks of sheer excitement were
painted on each little face.
