Friday morning
the judge for the Department O Cakes, Candies and Snack Foods
competition had her work cut out for her as she sampled dozens of entries.
The cake portion of the competition is especially important for those who hope to
make it into the Cake Classic bake-off on Sunday.
At the end of the morning, not all the competitors were on hand at picture time, but
those who were, were pleased to have a chance to show off their creations.
