selected local
balloonists Jim
and Nancy Ire-
land to be the
grand marshals
of the Lincoln
Art & Balloon
Festival kickoff
parade on Fri-
day afternoon.
In addition, the chamber requested of Mayor Keith Snyder and the Lincoln City
Council that Friday be designated as “Jim & Nancy Ireland Day” in Lincoln. To that
end the council approved a resolution Monday evening with a unanimous vote.
